The deadline of registration for the fundraising performance is July 3, 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.
NOTES TO PERFORMERS:
- The above preferred performance time is used for reference only. All performance time slots will be arranged by CCECA, which has the authority to make the final arrangements.
- In case of high number of participants, CCECA reserves the right to limit the number of performances per person. Each performance should not exceed 5 minutes. The performance order will be based on the sequence of registration. Special sponsors may be given priority in selecting time slots and performing consecutively. Special requests will be considered based on the circumstances.
- The organizer does not guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.
- Each song must not exceed 5 minutes; if there is overtime, the technician will fade out the music and end the performance.
- Any music (excluding karaoke machine music) must be submitted to CCECA before 5:00pm on July 7.
- For performances involving more than one person, CCECA will provide two wireless microphones only.
- CCECA will provide sound equipment and karaoke machine. Other equipment will not be accepted.
