8. Fundraising Performance | The Calgary Chinese Elderly Citizens' Association

The deadline of registration for the fundraising performance is 14-July-2023. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Notes To Performers:
1. All performance time slots will be arranged by CCECA.
2. If there are many participants, CCECA suggests that each person can perform up to 3 items, with each item not exceeding 5 minutes. Sponsors can choose performance time slots and consecutive performances in priority. Special requests will be considered depending on the circumstances.
3. The organizer does not guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.
4. Each song must not exceed 5 minutes; if there is overtime, the technician will fade out the music and end the performance.
5. Any music (excluding karaoke machine music) must be submitted to CCECA before 5:00pm on 19-July.
6. For performances involving more than one person, CCECA will provide two wireless microphones only.
7. CCECA will provide sound equipment and a karaoke machine, and other equipment will not be accepted.

Performance time: 11am - 5pm, all timeslot arranged by CCECA, no more than 35 persons

Performance (1-4 persons): Donated $50 for one performance less than 5 minutes

Performance (5-10 persons): Donated $100 for one performance less than 5 minutes

Performance (11-20 persons): Donated $300 for one performance less than 5 minutes

Performance (21-35 persons): Donated $500 for one performance less than 5 minutes
