Since its establishment in March 2011, the Lion Dance Group of the Association has been advancing the Chinese tradition through lion dance, with the aim of “being old-fashioned, strengthening fitness, cultural exchanges, caring for the community”. The lion dance performances and cultural care activities were also conducted in response to invitations from different groups in mainstream society, such as schools and nursing homes, and positive and highly evaluated. To expand services, Lion Dance Group recruits new members at the beginning of the new year.

Members who are 50 years old and who are physically fit and interested in lion dance art can apply to become members of the Lion Dance Group.

• Fee: $20 one time
• Those who are interested can come and participate in a free lion dance experience.
