Since gate ball is able to promote elderly's physical and mental health and social life, CCECA established the Gate Ball Team in October 2011, encouraging the members to participate in gate ball activities.

CCECA Gate Ball Team is currently recruting new members. The details are as follows:

• Eligibility: CCECA members who are over 50 years old, physically fit and interested in gate ball
• Fee: Basic gate ball training upon application, and a fee of $30 yearly for practice facility
• Coach: Mr. Yu Kwok Shing
• Date and Time: Every Wednesday (1:00pm - 3:00)
• Venue: CCECA Auditorium (for practice and matches)
